Order cut-off time: 10:00 AM (CET – Central European Time), Monday to Friday.

Processing time: 0 to 1 business day. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

The total delivery time includes the processing time (0–1 business day) plus the transit time indicated below.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union only: customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may be applied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries within the European Union: any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Momsilk.
